You wont need portable browsers if your using new user accounts.

You also dont need the option of firewall block, if your not using a VPN.

He wants to use Firefox and set it clear all cookies after each shutdown, so he can run all his various EB and PP accounts without switching users accounts because he's afraid he'll log into the wrong EB or PP account if he switches user accounts.

He says Firefox deleting all the cookies means he can't be tracked so he'll be safe.
