eBay fees with a limited PayPal but sufficient funds

Hi guys,

My PayPal has been limited following the EU limit and I am awaiting documentation for the account,

HOWEVER - eBay are emailing me for fees, despite having PayPal attached as a primary source (without a bank linked, yet). I have enough funds in PayPal, but obviously they are frozen... what should I do?

You get a pretty large leeway from eBay RE fees so just wait for the PayPal to be unlocked again and then pay them

You can also add in a VCC and pay them before that if you want (you can use Entropay for that)
