"eBay Money Back Guarantee Survey" to customer service: Does anyone do it?
Does anyone here take the "eBay Money Back Guarantee survey". It usually appears when a buyer opens a return request and ends up contacting customer service because wasn't satisfied with the seller's resolution. Today, a case was actually turned to my favor with no refund to the buyer. I was surprised by that, because generally it rarely happens. So, i decided to do the survey and this is the message that i wrote to eBay:
"Thank you eBay for supporting sellers as much as you support buyers. It's very much appreciated. We are human beings as well, and we strive to hep buyers as much as we can. We want their buying experience to be 100% successful as well. However, there are times that some buyers try to take advantage of a situation and make unrealistic demands. They believe that even if we end up giving them the item for free it's not a big deal. Actually, it is a big deal. We have worked extremely hard to make our inventory available for sale and it takes tremendous dedication. Even a few unfair refunds can hurt us a lot and discourage us from selling on ebay for any longer. Again, I thank you for sometimes being on our side. It feels like we are not actually totally alone."
What do you guys think? If we all do these surveys is it not going to be of any benefit on how customer service treats sellers with buyer's opened cases?
