What is the best way to accomplish this? I know there are vcc sellers in the marketplace. Just wondering if there are any cheaper ways like vanilla visa for US PayPal

You might have to physically take a trip to Canada or contact a Canadian member for assistance /shrug - VCC sellers exist to make things simpler...and of course, profit from that
