| TheRealist | 01-26-2018 01:52 PM | Winning a return item case So I through diligence and common sense won a return item case in which a buyer was trying to defraud me by claiming I sent him a different unit.
I called ebay 3 times, and on the last day(today) I got a guy that indicated 'let's give the buyer 5 more days to see' to which I retorted 'ebay gives 6 days for a resolution to happen and we are already on the 6th day,the buyer has had sufficient time to support his case, then he replies 'your right'--(ebay definitely wants to give courtesy to buyers based on this scenario, what if the shoe was on the other foot, would I have gotten 5 days extra? Highly doubt it). So he places me on hold comes back to tell me the case is won in my favor.
Though I'm happy at the outcome, could the buyer still open a case through PayPal, which I believe is still possible. If so, can I use ebays deciding in my favor as backup if a case is opened?
Thanks in advance team for ur support |
