Old eBay suspended account fee's due?

I just had my very old top rated seller account with $150k+ a month in sales restricted overnight and due to impatience and frustration I changed all the account info and asked them to close it for good which they did with some buying accounts they linked.

Question, would they have my SSN on file? I can't recall ever uploading it or giving it to them. How far will ebay go to collect the recent $10k in fee's owed?

A couple of newbie questions, where the hell can I download the Stealth Book? I signed up and payed, no obvious link.
