Help with open account in diferent country

Hello all.

I have question how to open ebay buying account in diferent country from my residental country ?

How can i pay for purchases in that country where i will open ebay ?

I have readed Stealth Book, but it helps me to open accounts perfectly in my residental country, but i cant understand what i need to open other countrys accounts.

You can use eBay gift card to make purchase if you have to.If you want to open other country account,just find an address on google map,generate a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name,buy a VCC and VBA of that country you want to open,and buy a Fresh IP in that country,that's all

Just use that service mentioned in the Stealth Book,or if you want a cheaper one,you can use a fresh clean Windows VPS.
