I am also interested in this. I have seen people in this forum talking about buying cheap laptops or graphic cards just to avoid getting linked...but how about using the eBay app on a new phone? (even if you can use it only once)

And what about the Cloner apps that can make clones and create a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ IMEI, ID...? Could I create different copies of the eBay app with this and not get linked?
