Just go through the sellers threads and message anyone you want to discus buying an account from

25k selling limit means absolutely nothing....

ebay has kill switches in place......if you try to sell lets say 5 to 8k within one month your ebay 25k seller account will get permanently banned......they say you can appeal with drivers license and but the appeal process is a complete joke.

you have to progressively and slowly increase sales over time to not activate the crazy sales spike kill switch ban.
