Oh, of course a stronger account has a much better chance of staying up despite being reported (e.g. Markmonitor) or for VERO violations.

There are a few other things I have noticed I use to my advantage. For example in the categories I sell in, there is a "sweep" or take down routine that seems to occur on certain days/hours. For example, in one particular category a bunch of listings will often be pulled down between 9am-noon Pacific Time Mon-Fri. If I list after noon, or on the weekends, they are a lot less likely to get pulled. These "sweeps" come in at predictable times. I've also noticed the listings with two "brand" names in particular are always pulled first. The other listings that don't contain those two words, but list the exact same item are left alone for longer, or not touched at all.

Paying close attention to what competitors are doing is important, too.

Yes, it is very good notice. Your advices are great. You know what else I have noticed? The PayPayal limittation cycles. If my 2-3 accounts were limitted, it's better to stop selling for a few weeks, because the PayPal party has been started.. After a few weeks you can get back to the game and sell again without any limittations or just a few limittations during the sales period.

You must be ,,ebay-friendly" if you want to earn good money by selling V3R0. You must know ebay as much as possible if you want to avoid hard and black work..

When bots are involved, things are hardly random.

Bots are a type of algorithm that's setup a particular way. The sheer size of eBay & PayPal make policing things with real people near impossible, so bots do 99% of the real work. The trick is to figure out what triggers a limitation or particular action from occurring. You really have to be observant and pay close attention to little things, not to mention spend a lot of time studying how it all works.

Selling VeRO under the radar is possible with some skill & luck. Moreso the former. Yes, slow & steady is key along with doing your homework and following principals in the Stealth Guide.

I do not condone selling VeRO.

But I do know understanding and working within the program, allows for success in selling.

More money by selling your own product? Oh... I could'nt agree with you. If you want your product being sold like a charm, you must do branding, etc.

Or I have missunderatood your definition ,,own product"?

I also don't condone selling VERO, but people do because it's profitable.
Selling drugs is also very profitable, too.

Some people aren't concerned with the legalities, but then again this is not the place to give a "how to" sell Vero. If you're going to do it, make sure you know what you're getting into and are aware of the risks of doing so.

Selling your own products works if the item is self-made, such as a handicraft or something. Creating a new product from scratch that's vailable typically takes loads of money and time. It's not going to work for everybody, or main stream sellers.

The poster meant finding a suitable product to sell without going near that other world of production.

I saw many sellers doing the V e R O thing mixed or not with low risk items, on new or aged accounts. A strange puzzle for me.

Keyword spamming is against eBay Policy or I missed something very important ?

I use abbreviations I don't put it in the title and I abbreviate it or something similar in the body

75% of my Vero buyers are return buyers and if I don't have what they want listed they send me a message and I just put up a generic listing and they buy

Good idea but can't work for many sellers imo.

May be there is some html tricks and photo description or may be this info is outdated.

Sales may be slower, BUT pay attention and do your research. Specifically check other similar categories your items might sell in. In fact, browse other categories. Take a good good look at the completed listings of other sellers who have sold the same item(s) and check to see how they are. Are they in the same place? Did their listings get pulled? How many did they sell?

Do your homework.

What I saw, example, one guy was selling more than a year only high risk without low risk items. 3 sales per day and 15 current listings
/auction/ on aged account with not good DSR. He was alive about an year and few months. After that he was pulled out.

Another guy with 8 months old account started with high risk items and still selling 3-6 active listings BIN format. DSR is medium.

Two guys are using brand name in the title and description.

I can't understand it. It's like the movie A Beautiful Mind with Russell Crowe.
