Transfer money from the bank of the stealth to the bank of suspended account

Hi there,
I needed an advice. Is it safe to make a bank transfer from the bank account that receives money from the ebay/paypal stealth account, to my main bank account (linked with my original suspended ebay account/The bank it's Llyoids bank)?

Theres no way for ebay to see the activity in your bank accounts.
The only concern might be if you have any outstanding cases that require refunds - in case they might want to dip into your bank account to pull the funds out that way.

Strictly between bank accounts right OP? No eb or pp involvement? That is safe - it's internal info to the bank
