eBay Story !

Man i need to tell to everyone from here that have an stealth eBay account.

I'm selling on this account from December 10 (2017) and my account was 3 times suspended and reinstated again.

Till today i received another suspended message in my eBay Message page.

Of course i called them and a lady put me trough a verify check like from the other 3 times and to provide again the documents , and told them i send that documents 2 times and provide invoices for the products and everything.

So the thing is i passed every security check and everything was perfectly normal to reinstate my account , so he did and i said yeah now i can go to shopping to spend some time with my family.

Now i'm at my laptop and opened my eBay page and guess what my account is suspended without any eBay messages or any other email.

Is just saying that my account is reinstated and i'm ready to sell again but where.

So i contact them trough chat this time and told to the eBay support all the details and everything and he saw and check again my account and he said "yeah no worries i will reinstate right now" but guess what he do that but my account is still suspend , after that he tried again , and again , and again and nothing worked.

Now i'm waiting for the "technical department" to solve it or to find what the hell happend since they reinstated 4-5 times in 1 minute.

What you think about this thing ?

Where eBay is going with this ?

In my life never saw this thing , what support have there if they cannot solve a small problem that they can only solved.

What is so hard ?

I understand they read and write from a script , but you cannot do your job good.

AGAIN MY ACCOUNT SHOWING REINSTATED for 3-4 times.

I will wait till tomorrow then i will call them because i'm 100% this "experts" will not do a thing.

What is it your doing on your account that keeps getting is suspended? 3 times in 6 months is quite a lot

Bare in mind sometimes eBay say they are reinstating it and actually dont. Things can also take a day to actually go through sometimes so while they do reinstate it the eBay itself may actually take a few hours or a day to start functioning again

They said they suspend for security check for new sellers.

But the thing is i'm not so new , i know how stealth game works and when i say i can reinstate for 3 times i said in my mind never will happen again.

I just finish to spoke with one costumer representative and he told me will have an e-mail with the final decision of the case.

He need to review why didn't worked to reinstate the account because everything is clean , all the buyer leave great feedback , fees paid on time.
But for me now eBay is dead and i don't like to start over again this long headache.

eBay Update: They reinstate my account for real now.

Man no way , i know how to deal with eBay Stealth but never have this "power" to sort all of this "problems" like now !

But yes i will make an backup account without a problem.

Good persistence - way to keep it up

Rsot thanks man, yeah that’s why i tell to the people to fight with the account if they know everything is ok with the account.
In my case 100% selling feedbacks and fees paid on time and everything delivered in one day i think make a difference.

This is for PayPal update: Did you call them for a problem like "you can't send the payment right now" and then they to check and to try to solve it , and after that it doesn't work and they said the specialist department will take care and will work after that.

And yes after two minutes my account to be limited to provide more evidence and proof.

This happen to me for about 3 paypal accounts and never get rid of it , next time i will not call , i will withdraw the money and bye bye.
Every time happen only when i call them , and they are like "ok i'm so bored to help a paypal customer" and they limit you.

Tell me if you have the same problems for about 2-3 weeks.
I hope in the future to get rid slowly of PayPal on eBay.
