I have a shipping problem my buyer is taking advantage for

Hey everyone. Buyer bought and paid seperately for 3 items. Its the first order shipment with a problem. Label printed for 1st class using ebay labels.

When I got to the post office i had to buy a box and ditch the bubble envelope. The box increased the weight and the rep charged me the remaining balance calcukted from the amount shown on the ebay label leaving the 1st class label affixed to the box telling me no worry and i will only pay the difference. i couldnt be happier thinking i didn't have to void the ebay label! I dont know who's retarted me or the rep!? The rep created another tracking number without explaining this to me i mean she left my ebay label on the box!

Now my buyer is totally trying to take advantage of this because this ebay label shows not even being scanned one time. the new label shows delivered a week ago.

**EDIT** - Now that i remember, this ebay label wasnt even attached to the box yet! because i bought the box there and had the rep weigh everything first. Then she assures me not to worry just tape this ebay label to the box and ill just pay what i owe. She even helped me tape it to the box! I thought this was weird because the ebay label is first class and the added weight made it priority. Well i should of looked at the receipt but come on now really? they should fire this bish.

Anyways i have the receipt and the new tracking shows delivered but i dont know how i should handle this while keeping under the radar. its too late to void the label on ebay. i can only add another label. My buyer is waiting for my response after my telling her im looking into it.

Go into EB and change the tracking number.

If she opens a case you'll have a chance to enter it there as well and it'll show delivered.

Just noticed you said 'change' tracking number. Don't think that's possible. Only able to add another. What about the original which shows not delivered? I did add the new tracking, if thats all i can do? since im past the 5 day period im unable to void the label.

So add the tracking number. If they open a case, you have to add the tracking number anyways.
