IMO | You can't say you wouldn't hold anyone responsible, while also saying you'd try anything you can to get your money back. Which is holding the seller responsible for the loss. Ebay isn't going to cover it, right? The person shipping it, no matter what, is responsible, and you would open a case of item not received. Right? That case, means the SELLER will be held responsible, and no matter what, will have to refund you your money. Now, it's you that shipped an item out, and it hasn't been received, but you STILL want to hold the SELLER responsible. Sellers really do have a ****ty lot on ebay don't they? Buyer doesn't receive it, we lose. Buyer ships back and seller doesn't receive it, we STILL lose.
The loss is on you in this case. You shipped it. you lost it. So eat it, just as every single seller has had to do, since time eternity.
