| walkingupwards | 12-16-2018 12:21 PM | Re: Everyone who had VeRO Strike are welcome! O.k so based on your map there are 4 criteria via which an a listing could be flagged:
1. Listing's image.
2. Listing's title.
3. Listing's description.
4. Category.
Do you think a listing should meet all of the 4 mentioned above in order to be taken down? |

Do you think a listing should meet all of the 4 mentioned above in order to be taken down? | Nope, this is just basic sheme,
there are several factors that affect it, but in most cases this 4 things decides how long your listing will be alive. |
| walkingupwards | 12-17-2018 02:12 AM | Re: Everyone who had VeRO Strike are welcome! What use could you make of the data in case we post it here? Should the data include the four factors you talked about? |

It's basic sheme to understand how does it work, if you fiqure it out, Congra.
I can't reply to your PM since i don't have 25 Posts. |

Item's specifics were not mentioned in the scheme you posted. Do you think they play a role? |

on a side note. I have seen less take down if I list item with UPC code "Does Not Apply" vs using UPC.
I believe many trademark owner search via UPC.
All things are possible. | how do you list with UPC without using a mobile phone/eBay app? |

4 Main things are that I described above, other data is just a mold ("
ratification ") to lead them delete listing, if you stick to these 4 realities there is no way that your listing will result in VeRO Search Engine, think deeply what you need to change in-order to bypass. |

Hi,
As tittle says, everyone who had problems with vero strikes,
I have few questions for you.
I'm dev, and creating some unique software to bypass VeRO,
If you have time could you list all your strikes with date? | Plenty of times I have mirrored sellers listings whos vero items have been posted for months on end with hundreds and hundreds of sales, yet my listing is always taken down with vero after several sales. When ebay removes the listing for copyright, that is probably a bot. When the vero company themselves requests for the listing to be removed I would believe its the actual IP / Law firm doing their job and combing through ebay. |

I always receive this message: Your ad has been reviewed after receiving a report from the copyright owner stating that the ad was using its trademark without their permission. We urge you to contact the rights owner directly to find out why he has requested the ad review and find out if you can resell the item. |

Yes i know buddy , there is many things you can do, just need step forward and think:
- System Manipulation (BOT), item re-indexing keywords to keep VeRO Search Engine unable to find your listing and do actions, doing this stuff your item id will be sit on bottom of VeRO Inspection.
- Contacting VeRO team (Giving a call or email), then find a item that is legal to sell in certain "condition" they stated, they will white-list your item thought filter, later you can edit your listing and sell whatever you want.
- There is some system omissions from EBAY. Some certain high department people that are working there are able to change listing resistance to such things. They charge money to do it. (Depending with product)
Ebay has come up with such things, they are simply dickheads to take your account-down "small sellers" and elevate those who have the money. They don't care about you! They don't give a ****! :deadhorse: . I can tell that everyone trying wash money on their side, which is obvious as there are ton illegal items listed. |

Lost my two accounts this month. These were the dates we were struck:
6/27/18, 9/17/18, 10/12/18, 10/31/18, 12/22/18
Opening stealth now. |

Hole on a minute, that is a very big claim on your part. How do you know that eBay will shield a listing against Vero in exchange for money? If that is the case, why have not you done that instead of spending time on creating this so-called "software" you are talking about to avoid Vero?? |

I have enought info, request to close this thread. |
