Hey guys,

How can I set so that I don't have to take "End" my listing and just kind of put it on hold while I go on vacation for a week and when I come back from it I can just release the hold and not have to go to relist hassle?

Thanks a bunch!

Jacking your prices up high will kills your sales when you get back from vacation and put your prices back to normal. It does serious damage to your sell-through rate.

Vacation settings are the way to go but you're required to have a store subscription to use that.

Don't jack up your price the algo with mess with your serach results.

If you still have listins up, either cancel them, or when they sell, send a PM to the buyer that you'll be back on X day.

OR, you bring your products with you already packed and just be ready to print labels.

"Vacation settings" will keep all of your listings active and visible. The difference is that buyers get a message when they try to buy saying "this seller has vacation settings enabled and will be unable to ship orders until x/x/2019."

Your listings would still show up in search and potential buyers could still watch them.

But like you said, he needs a store which I don't think he has.

hey yeah in this situation vacation listings are the best though you do need a store subscription that is true. Maybe ask a friend to keep track of your listing and ship it instead while you are gone? Also have a nice vacation

I guess it boils down to what will save you money:

1: canceling and relisting when you come back

2: keeping the sales history for however long you're on vacation by paying for the store

If it is more costly to restart your listing from scratch rather than just paying for the store subscription, you have your answer
