Customers can report late delivery, but if you send the items on a tracked service and they are delivered within your estimated time then you can dispute it and have that late mark removed.
Just keep in mind you may not get as many sales with that sort of turn around, and disputing it with eb.ay may be extra work that you don't want.
Re: If you put a two week delivery time can you still get low marks
My dispatch time on every items is 3-5 days and delivery 5 days after. I dont think people will have the right to mark delivery late or not when you provide tracking. Ebay will do it automatically with the tracking provided, taking into consideration your expected delivery time. So, you should be safe in this instance.
Note however that buyer can give you negative feedback as a result of this delivery BUT yes you can contest to get it removed 100% of times, I have been successful with this.
You have been cleared with your delivery time in your listing and they should not have purchased if they are not comfortable with it.
It is very safe to have an extended delivery date to avoid ebay whip.

I wouldnt risk it, too many variables for error, have your stock ready, loft/shed is good for stock.
