Exclamation Usps slow delivery time! Why?

I am not sure if it's my fault or USPS but many of my customers complaining that they haven't yet received their mail. I sent my products via correspondence letter @ 1oz. Could it because it was 1.3oz but only had 1oz stamp ?

Thank you.

So yoru posting something that weights 1.3oz, but only paying for 1oz.

Would seem like a pretty good reason to me for someone to not get their item

Well I didn't think it was such a big deal. Stamps go in increments of 1oz. So First Class Mail envelop stamp can be 1oz, 2oz, 3oz and 3.5 oz

I assumed that if my envelop weight is only 1.3 oz it wont be too big of a deal because it's not close enough to 2oz. So for example if it was 1.5oz or more I would have used 2oz stamp.

Postal office loves to round UP. By paying for lower postage, you are not only risking DELAY in postage but also in RETURN for insufficient postage - making your customers very angry on delays....

USPS want over payment more than they want an item with less postage.

If yours are getting caught, it could turn around and bite you with bad DSRs for shipping ( because of postal delays)
