Paypal limited

Hi all my stealth ebay/paypal account were doing well. But I received a payment for an item I sold and then BAM.. limited. They want photo id, tracking details, invoices, etc. As the account is in stealth details, how do I satisfy the photo id requirement please? Any views on this would be very helpful. thanks you!

I know there were some templates around. Anyone have any links to a good working one? The ones I've found don't look quite right, and are older and the format seems different now. Would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. PM me if it's easier. Thanks!!
