I make excellent listings so the amount of questions are minimal.
I spend too much time working, so when I do get questions I usually answer within a couple of hours anyway.
I do work from the other side of the planet and I am 99% focused on the American market. I line up the shipping when almost all clients are asleep. This works very well, because I can handle all the repetitive work while not getting distracted by new orders coming in.
