This forum is about creating new stealth accounts so you can continue selling or buying. If you plan on moving forward with your plans, you might want to think about this. You will need backup accounts when they go down, which sooner or later they will anyway.

2018 was one my my worst years for suspentions. I lost about 5 accounts last year, some of then through no direct fault of my own. Good thing I have ready and multiple backups to fall back on.

I perfectly understand the above but please note though that I am only a Buyer. Perhaps this is not really relevant to Paypal. Anyway, I appreciate your answers and clearly, in the end, I may reach the same conclusions as you did. Perhaps it is just that I am not yet ready to quit the fight for my old account.

if you open a stealth account then you need to take it slow and build up the account and stick to one shipping address in USA, or use eBay global shipping

Yes, that was clearly a red flag. Every 3-4 days I have received calls from both Paypal and Ebay for them to make sure that I am a legitimate Buyer.
The thing is that I was happy to provide them everything they asked for (Passport copy, Bank Statements showing the Paypal charges, countless authorizations codes sent to my mobile, Utility bills showing my home address, father and mother ID docs, reference letter from my work place confirming that I have such income as to spend that much, bank reference letter addressed to Paypal directly and verifiable with the bank directly by phone. My bank phone number had to be available on their public site and they did not accept me to provide it to them).

In other words, the only missing thing is a visit face to face with me.

As for the 5 addresses, the thing is the Sellers were located into those countries and Shop And Ship has addresses in all those countries. Also by using their service everything comes in really cheap as transportation fees.

By phone with one of their agents. I will check as I also have a lot of emails with them.
Anyway, I am happy to share with you any info that could be useful also to other members of this forum and that may find themselves in the same situation as I do.
I appreciate and understand the "stealth solution" as for most of all those in here, that may be the last resort solution. You are doing an amazing job to help everyone and for that I am truly grateful. I have learned myself a lot of useful things that I never knew.

However I simply refuse to believe that someone in perfect standing (especially as Buyer only), can get into such a situation without any reason whatsoever besides "suspicions". Add to that the fact that I am not really tech savvy and many things I am reading here seem sooo complicated for me.
