Unhappy Set up Automatic payment method
"we're sorry. we were unable to set up pre-approved payments. please try again later
(please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay)"

I got this error message, when I try to set up my automatic payment method in ebay. I cant list anything without set up this..
please help me

If you try with PayPal, that happens to me sometimes as well.
Link a Credit Card and try PayPal again in a couple of days

its OK for set One Time Payment with Paypal not CC?
I've new Paypal with VCC only.
I;ve got MC045 for doing that.
