Need a Google Voice provider

I can't seem to create any google voice even with paid Virtual numbers, anyone here on the forum providing google voice that was never used before "Newly made" or they are providing a way to make google voice?

You can try some of the sellers in the account seller section or the service provider section.
you can also try googling for such service providers.

It's a while google can detect all VOIP numbers and even after receiving the verification code and entering it you can not claim the number , Only real mobile or landline number work .

That what I mean, all service providers I bought won't work unless I think i have to buy a sim.
