What is that old TV show,by R Sterling ,where folks go to another plane and see things and meet people who do not exist on the physical plane?
This is happening on Ebay now,you see listings after listings of paper towel holder,sushi bazooker ,mousepad,rice cooker,frying pans,stainless steel clothes pin,silver polish,vitamins,glue,pens,pencils,rulers,they all have the same pictures and descriptions,and you find out they all come from WMT,AMZN,COSTCO,Jet.com,Sam's club and these sellers are not employees of these companies.
Make you wonder why waste your time buying on Ebay,why not just go straight to those sites and buy them for less,WMT offers free shipping if order is $35 .
But Ebay has no one to blame but Ebay,offering all you can eat free listings

Remove drop shipping, Chinese sellers, and all the misleading price tricks people use.

It is really up to Ebay how it wants to deal with these dropshippers!
sending out an empty package with tracking and a note saying AMZN will ship your order could just piss the buyer more,he could file item not as described,use your return shipping label to return your empty package and keep the AMZN item free !

Ever heard of gift cards? I drop ship using unwanted gift cards so sometimes the item I sell on eBay is CHEAPER than the amazon price. Is that gouging? I also get promo codes that are 10-30% off some sites as a loyalty bonus. Is having access to discounts the general public doesn't get gouging? Quit the act, its tiresome and played.

But @leader2dark's salty little snitching self would leave me negative and report me for cashing out gift cards or using discount codes.

Ebay's traffic is miserable compared to AMZN. Item that sells 10-12 per day on EB will sell 250-300 on AMZN.

What they're gonna do..by removing DS-ers they also remove lots of people who pay heavy EB fees

I am bashing these sellers who are selling Progessive clam sauce from WMT,stainless steel clothes pins from AMZN,rice cooker from Jet.com.

Drop shippers who claim they use legitimate Amazon gift cards are not being honest with you or themselves. This shady gift cards that you buy for 10-30% less were basically purchased using stolen credit cards. I would never compromise my prime accounts just so I can be more profitable. There are other ways to stay profitable on eBay while DSing without using shady giftcards or spend your time using cash back websites.

By the way people who are hating on drop shippers are dead wrong. I sourced from China for over a decade now. I still have a small warehouse with shelves filled with products that I don’t intended to sell any time soon. When I started drop shipping a few years ago I used to bash other drop shippers because I saw no value in what they did but now I do. I can tell you if it wasn’t for drop shippers eBay would never be taken seriously and would still be I junk yard filled with cheap merchandise. Yes I agree it attracted inexperienced sellers. Basically noobs who didn’t know how to handle all that traffic and customer service and that’s why eBay has to act and come up with this policy. Otherwise drop shippers are mostly welcome as they bring a lot of revenue to eBay.

The problem is whom do you dropship from?
There are many sellers who just right click a photo from AMZN and list many AMZN items with no inventory of their own,when the buyers found out it is coming from AMZN,WMT,JET,COSTCO,SAM,they go to the site and found out they can buy it for less,so now Ebay becomes a free advertising and outpost of these sites,we all make a note to check AMZN out first,thats bad news for Ebay.
Dropshipping from wholesaler/distributor and manufacturer is fine,but not from other retailers by marking the price up by 10-20%.
You should read the feedback of these AMZN sellers,there are some buyers who just leave negative comment which said it comes from AMZN,I can get it for less myself.
Thats what makes Ebay act to stop retail dropshipping.

There are legit retailers who have accounts with their supplier,they may not stock every style,every model,so if one orders an item which they dont have on hand,they could ask the manufacturer to ship direct,not all manufacturers are willing to deal with retail customer.
I have done it a few times,not for the money but to please my repeat customer,

Ebay junkyard filled with junk,because Ebay allows junks .
Putting nice merchandise next to junk is not going to raise the value of junk,but it lowers the value of the nice one.
Ebay does not have to allow every piece of junk on this planet to be listed on Ebay ,some of the boutique auctions which spring up in recent years have some nice items and they fetch good prices,eg Aspire Auction

I think I got banned for this inadvertently. I was selling items off Amazon (that I had in my posession) but that had passed the 30 day return window. They asked for proof of merchandise, I sent them the amazon invoices, and I got perma banned from selling. Should I try to appeal it by sending them pictures or videos of me having the items in my physical possession?

This whole this is so damn stupid it really pisses me off.

iF THEY reject your AMZN invoices,I doubt pictures of you holding the items will work

I don't buy them at all. I get them as gifts here and there and use them to convert to PayPal. Got a $100 one (from a parent) for christmas. Dropshipped airpods from Amazon using the GC to pay some of it. Keep making assumptions.
