What i need to set up USA ebay stealth account?

Hello.
I'm live in EU, and I got suspended on eBay.(Sold items too fast.)

Now I'm planning to buy a fresh USA IP from IPBurger, and I also have virtual credit cards to verify my PayPal account,
but I don't know where I can get virtual phone number for eBay?

Someone who use US Stealth account from EU know how this work???


Oh and I need something more to set up an USA eBay account?
I heard somewhere, in USA you need to verify your PayPal account with phone.

In my country, this is not required to set up a eBay Seller Account.


Please help me with this,i don't know how things work in USA.

Don't use USA pp - or if you want to use this, you have to understand the issues of dealing with USA pp - many posts about this.

You will have headaches using USA PayPal if you don't have a US Bank to link on that account.
Anyways, you can still set-up a US eBay account using a non-US pp attached to it.

Any country would be a better choice than USA at this point. US accounts are nearly useless for international sellers these days.
