Two easy and seamless ways to do it are :
- clone your home hard drive and then fix any driver incompatibilities there may be once you install the cloned hard drive in your laptop or better..
- Get VMware and use the "migrate your hard drive to a virtual machine" option to make a VM of your home computer that you can run on VMware from any computer.
Other than that, you can look into transferring browser profiles (which isn't as secure in my opinion) and then installing your VPN software on your laptop. Shouldn't be a problem connecting from multiple computers.
