Unique User Profiles

Hi everyone.

I would like some advice about personalising each User Profile I have on Windows 7 to avoid Browser Fingerprinting.

I know this is not required for EBay, but I am thinking ahead as I may use Amazon and I believe in being careful.

Here is what I am changing:

Colours and Theme
Screensaver
Toolbars on IE11

However:

I know Fonts can be added or deleted. But isn't this across all the same User Accounts? Or can each user profile have different fonts? This confuses me.

Resolution: I don't really want to change this as it is ideal for me.

Are different User Accounts sufficient for Amazon nowadays?

Any advice and info would be very helpful.

One last thing.

I assume Windows 8.1 is still fine for different User Accounts?

Windows 8 still works well - I also like the idea to use different browsers

Does anyone know how to export cookies from IE11 to any other browser?

Is there a program that can do this?
