I mean i faced that issue with ebay USA accounts as well, so of course we all discussing about it. And yes there is no way to create ebay USA accounts on "stealth name" you call in, if they dont find public records questions your account is gone. That is fact. There are seller and people they do not stopping using illegal method. The problem here is they are effecting real persons. ebays open with their ne policy that gateway.
And if USA greencard holder or for example foreign residents open an ebay account they get to 80% denied


I read all the china posts too.. someone saying he is from china, from there on everyone thinking he is from china. He is living in usa importing items in large scale from china. He had experience beyond what we ever would have in usa about usa gov. I cant talk about that here but he has more knowledge as any other regular person how the usa system works. I talk about behind the scense stuff. If he triggers you then just ignore his posts i know he helps a lot of other people. We just should focus to work together ;-)

Youre obviously not reading his posts fully. Youre reading only the parts he is referring to his failed attempts to create and operate US accounts and failing miserable while spreading false information - and as an account seller I can attest to the fact it IS false information since I have created multiple accounts in the last 10 days and have not lost a single one.

I agree he should focus on mention the issue he has, while creating ebay accounts. As i mention i read all his posts. I give an wage explanation why he thinking that way and its fine. He has a different experience as you. Its his personal opinion if he do not agree with US politics. And the way US PayPal and US eBay operate. I know a lot of people they are not happy with USA and no, its not easy to move away if you have responsibilities and yes you can trash your own country as much you want.

But he does not trash other people on the forum. You should not attack him for that .. if you do not agree then just say it .. but that sentence "go back to china" i hear that a lot in racist parts in florida ..or isolated towns, states, as well in east germany.. iam very familiar with that kind of stuff.

About how to operate with ebay and paypal, if you have a method that works to 100% thats awesome. As you can read recently a lot of members having trouble to have healthy accounts. So if he post that, and other members confirming it, that something has changed, there is obviously some truths to it help them, him. If you just write it works for you but do not help .. whats the point ?! I understand its your business secret but again it does not help others. Your argument stops right there if you do not help others period. And its fine i understand sharing methods leads to -> method will be shut down.

Public database identity verification only worked and applied for US citizen only. Other countries much easier in appealing suspension. As far as I know that

I created a ebay account in usa and as soon i hit the list item button (after 5 days and saving cookies bid on items) there is a NEW page coming up verifying your ADDRESS! That is NEW as i NEVER ever saw that form before. Under the loading icon there is a question link. So ebay USA definitive RUNNING all new data through their conntected API Public records databases they are connected now. THAT IS FACT! They avoid the call ins to remove the suspension with that tool now. If you guys wish i can upload a screenshot tomorrow. If other seller denying it for new created accounts for this month they actually liars. As well i called ebay and they confirmed me that new tool. So becareful if you list an item and you purchased an ebay USA account make sure to ask the seller before in case that happen he can assist you!

then you need to wait .. if they have a missmatch, what my buddy experienced they will ask you on the same page for public records question. I got lucky they didnt ask me ... if you past it the listing will be alive and you fully verified ;-)

If you past that, you have 1k 25k limits :-)

ebay now gives new ebay seller to 80% 1k 25k limits. But they wont accept new users they are not recognized in their verification process. That i guess is a real cleanup to get rid of scammers. NOT stealth sellers..

here simple explained:

1.) List item (click list item)
2.) Verify address
3.) Wait

5.) Item is live or your ebay account is suspended depends if you past the verification

Just my two cents. I have been having the same issue as OP. I have had accounts get suspended that I immediately listed items on. I have also NOT had accounts suspended that I immediately listed items on. Also I get past the public database questions by saying that I just moved into the country. It has worked for all my accounts except the last four that got suspended. I am now going to try an account that is seasoned and another with different info until I can figure out why they are being suspended. I’ll report back
