Hi, so my PayPal got limited, they asked for ID and boom - you know what's happening after that. I received a few payments on this PP from Ebay and my question is - can I now just change the PP on the ebay when listening the item to my another one or is it gonna cause a link? Thanks for help

You cannot lose by giving it a go, my experience has been very positive in as much as I dont get my ebay account suspended over multiple paypal account links.
I sell VERO sensitive items on most so i retire my ebay accounts once the warnings hit the 28 day threat. In that time I may have attached as many as 6 PP accounts.
All this without ever having to produce a scrap of ID.
I sell a similar vero sensitive product and am familiar with that dreaded one month ban. Why stop though? In my experience, they usually give you that one month ban and leave some of your listings up. Then for a month you basically have immunity. Then, in my experience, as soon as the 28 day ban is up within a week it goes to a perm.
