A pleasant day to you!
Thanks for contacting eBay Customer Service about your account. I’m sorry to hear that your account was restricted. No need to worry; I’ll look into this fro you and help you as to what you can do in order to remove your restriction.
Hristo, upon carefully checking your account I’ve found out that due to a recent increase in your sales with limited sales history, we would like to verify the source of the items listed before allowing additional sales.
This will allow us to confirm that we are working with a reputable supplier and can provide their buyers with a quality product.
This doesn't mean you did anything wrong. However, we wanted a chance to verify information about your business to give us, and more importantly, your customers, increased confidence.
Now, in order to appeal on this restriction, we would like that you provide us your Proof of Merchandise with documents showing your supplier is an authorized distributor or you can provide documents showing you have a different supplier that is authorize or Documentation (including manufacturer's invoices or receipts) that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay to the link that we provided on the email that we sent you.
As well as send us the documents we asked of you and please provide clear copies of the following documentation:
One identity proof document
·Driver License (copy of both front and back)
·Passport
·Military ID
·National/Federal ID card
Please go to this link to upload your documents:

The contact information on the documents you send us needs to match the information on your eBay account. If it doesn't, you'll need to let us know in writing why there are differences. If your address on eBay is your work address, you'll need to send us proof in writing so we can confirm that.
Once you've sent us this information, you should receive a reply within as soon as possible.
Thanks for your cooperation and patience as we get this resolved.
Thank you for choosing eBay. We value your business.
Do you think they didnt receive the first documents or just didnt see them OR they want additional information ? Its first time they asked an authorized letter ?
Thank you in advance for helping !
