Default Mc011

Anyone have any experience with this type of suspension? They told me I have to upload all receipts for every product I've sold on ebay before I get re-instated, so will I be good to go after I upload all the nessesary information?

What were you listing? how is the account you were listing it on? how established?
Need more info to answer that question.
Id hazard a guess and say you were listing high risk items on a rather new account with no activity on it. If that's the case your chances of getting this account up and running again are slim to none.

Basically, MC011 means Trust & Safety (T&S) has some concern about the items you are selling. Usuaully, with this type of selling suspention, they want to know more about where you are sourcing your goods, and your sales practices.

if you are selling dodgy items or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ (foofoo) stuff, that would explain this result. In that case, T&S is going to want to know more about it.

Welcome to the forums - all the best as you master stealth

A lot depends on what you were selling OP - any f*ke, high risk, branded stuff and even submitting receipts is unlikely to get you reinstated...

I am selling high risk items. They did ask the source of where I obtained the items, and I told them the source for every single shoe that I've sold on that account. I also included pictures of every single receipt as requested. Last time they took one week to get back to me, I sent over every bit of information the other day.

What sucks is that this was just a burner account and it got linked to my real account and now that one is restricted. I still haven't answered them about the restriction, they want to know if I know of the account that it's linked with. (my burner account)

My hope is to get the burner account resolved with the restriction and then call them in regards to my good account so it can be un-restricted. I'm really hoping they un-restrict my burner account though, I was being so stupid and logged in under the same IP after the one account got suspended and they linked the account instantly. Anyone have any insight on what I should do? Thanks

Honestly these things are tough to survive, you already sent in the info, so really the only thing left to do is to hope for the best,,,

Good Luck

I have had 3 of these and ever single time the suspension is permanent.

Watch out as once you appeal it and its denied you will get a " no longer registered user " on your account nor will you be able to add tracking so if anyone opens a case they will be able to escalate it straight away and get an instant refund with no time for you to reply so make sure to get all of the funds out of the PayPal before sending the docs.

Yeah, you're done. Linking a phoney burner account with a real one tells them you're doing something bad, that plus the high risk is pretty much impossible to overcome.

Time to go full stealth.

Time to master stealth fully and spread your sale. As long as items are legit and won’t get buyer complaints can be done.
