Install IPBurger only on one user account

Hello All

I am in the process of opening a stealth account, i opened a new user account special for this particular stealth account, i purchased ip burger and installed it on my pc, as i planed to have a separate user and ip for my stealth and regular account, but when i switched back to my regular user i saw that the VPN software is installed there as well and changed the ip there also,

Is there any way to install IPBurger just on one user account and should not change the ip for the other accounts?

I have the same issue, but when I change accts it is logged onto my cable ip, but the IPBurger software pops up which is aggravating.
