That's what I'm thinking. I've printed labels, then went out of town for the weekend and mailed them there. Hours away.

And I'm sure everyone in the world has printed return labels with their own address as both addresses.

Never had a problem with either. Or maybe I'm not understanding the exact scenario?

if all 51 shipments show no further tracking and you said they are going to different zipcodes,then your post office is the one which has to find out what happens,did you turn these shipments to a clerk at the counter?
or you just drop off thru a slot and someone at the back scanned each one?
They may still be with your post office,somewhere in a corner ?
or fell off a truck?
or a frustrated worker just trashed them all,do you have enemy at the local post office?
I would go to the post office and speak t o a supervisor,ask them to look around ?

all undeliverable mail ended up in a place in California,kind of like the mail morgue where mail goes to die?
But in his case,they could still be in the post office. or left the post office but never make it to the next facility.

still no movement

I was able to open missing mail inquiries on all. has to be done 7 days after the last "movement"

this wasn't the usual post office I use and I did drop everything through the mail drop inside, but I did speak to the person who handled all 51x items and she remembered placing everything of mine into their own separate little tub.

postmaster spoke to the driver and nothing out of the ordinary was recalled. all "tubs" get loaded onto a "cage" and that cage is loaded into the truck then unloaded at the hub. she's still waiting to speak to the hub manager who's apparently on vacation this week.

I have since replaced all of the items, with the exception of a few that ran out of stock. and since this lovely coronaviru is rampant, I have no idea when im going to be able to restock

so either I start using flat rate priority shipping and file claims on all unscanned/missing parcels... or keep rolling the dice. YEARS of doing this, this has never happened. I ship about 500x units a month... $3 in shipping compared to $7... hmm.

This has happened to me before. The carriers are supposed to scan the packages at every loading point, this does not always happen. The packages will probably show up as delivered with no other tracking information in between.

update: tub was found 2 weeks later, at the hub. Contacted customers, but most aren't responding. what a loss. oh well

yep. likely got stuffed somewhere, got a tub placed on top of it, im not sure, my packages are very small so I imagine someone put an empty tub on top of it and put it somewhere stupid

i had this same situation with myhermes it was around 70 parcels luckily most did end up getting delivered but still like 6 7 never did get delivered.

For $3500 worth of product, they can just hold that shiit right there and I'd come and get it!

yeah they just acted like nothing happened. my local post office never got a response from the hub about the ordeal. so now my customers have 2x the product

I'd raise such a stink lol. I've had the cops called on me by the manager, after an issue that was way less than that.

when an USPS claim was denied,we can appeal by writing to an address in Washington DC,the address is shown in the denial letter.
In your case,may be it is worth your while to speak to the manager at your local USPS office and then write to appeal?
