there is reason to think! all that I write a niche is true, and my indignation has no limit !!! that's what i want to say! November 8, 2019, I registered a new account on ebay. looked at the goods, flipped through as if looking for something. then I did it for another two days. I did everything with a clean ip address, that's for sure! and all !!! I left him to get old! and today I get an email !!! My account is blocked without the possibility of recovery !!! as??????? what is it????? I will say it again, it was registered on November 8, 2019! I just watched for three days, and then left it. I did not go into it and the ip address and the machine did not intersect !!!! today is march 2, 2020, i blocked !! who knows what it is ???? and I want to clarify for you, the paypal account was not tied to the account on ebay !!!

Because a normal person would not do this. A bot would.

That is what ebays security system assumed.

A normal person does not leave an account dormant for many months. Act like a human being with your account and you will have a chance.

I started using my first account a year after registration, I really forgot about it and then decided to understand what Ebay is. and worked on it for 9 months.

Did you list anything for sale ? 9 months before (I guess you didn't as you said paypal wasn't linked to it)

Doesn't matter how long you have aged an account. It doesn't really start aging until you list an item for sale.

You did not understand me! I already speak about my past experience. when I had the very first account. I registered it and forgot, then I still did not understand why I needed it. and so, about a year later I remembered him, went in ... and immediately put up for sale vero goods, one lot, 1-2 quantities. after the sale, I changed the goods vero, and so on. within 90 days I sold all possible lists. after 90 days, I was raised the limit to 30, and immediately after two weeks another 30. total I had 60 listings, a month later they raised to 120! so I sold for 4 months and the number of lists did not increase. I then ... the end of the account.
