Sales are down across eBay.de, how about your country?

Consumer spending has fallen sharply (even online) according to Visa. I am witnessing this firsthand on eBay.de.

Sales are up in my category. The problem is logistics. DHL is still taking 10-14 days to pick up each shipment. Once shipments are picked up they seem to move at normal speed, but it's been devastating having a dozen or more boxes just sitting waiting to be picked up at all times. It's making it very difficult for me to place orders, for 2 reasons. 1) I like to wait until I have most of an order before placing another one, and 2) it's hard to remember what all I have waiting to be picked up as I'm putting together the list for my next order.

Anyway, I've already told you all of this, but that's my experience so far since you asked.

I still believe that ebay is screwing over long time sellers, to make room for all the new sellers they are giving away accounts to, with free listings AND free FVF's. Gotta give everyone a little taste....

The stimulus package, and the new unemployment benefits, will mean that the average worker will be making MORE money being unemployed at the moment.

2 real accounts. I had one real account, but decided to go for two, to avoid throttling. My two other stealth accounts got nuked a few months back, and it's really tough to restart with my fairly niche items.
