blacklisted vcc

is there a way to find if a vcc is blacklisted or not cz i heard that ebay has the option to see the vcc linked to your paypal as they have been working together for so long.

What are you trying to ask? Define 'blacklisted'.. Are you referring to a specific card or just a BIN?

yes in facebook, they claim that ebay has access to the vcc linked to your paypal so you have to make sure that the vcc is not blacklisted. Thus, I thought of sharing this here maybe some1 has EXPERIENCE with this. This can be all bullS**it but thou its worth giving it a look up.

I do have my supplier of vcc but still.. wanna check if the bin isnt blacklisted. And please do share with us how to create them and thanks.

I guess it's best to assume that there is a blacklist and you will be suspended if you use one.

If you're unable to create them for yourself, simply buy from a reliable source .... I know where you can find them.
