Blacklisted paypal

hi my recent attempt to make a stealth account did not go to well leaving my paypal account blacklisted. Is there anyway I can use this same paypal to make another stealth account by changing the paypal address and all the information on my paypal account. I have tried just changing the paypal address but it did not work out. any suggestions?

Ditch the account. Read the stealth guide. Post up your plan of action. Take feedback. Try again.

i thought so...just wanted conformation from the experienced. Thanks for saving me the time

so what I will do is get a new VPN server
new vcc
new bank
new verification number
new address
will only buy things and start selling after waiting out a 30 day period

and that should be good to go.

Why?

Far easier to create a new windows user account on your computer.

Just make sure to change and log IPs.

vpns are a no no for ebay/paypal

use a vps if you really want to go that route but I agree with ebayorbust, there are better ways to change ip

Agree with the VPS route. New window user account too - keep cookies separate. Dont mess around with the old pp and try to change this and that...it looks bad
