Default windows 10 or windows 7 to open stealth accounts ?
as the title says is it best to open stealth accounts using windows 10 new user account or windows 7 new user account or does it not matter?

Windows 7 is easier to spawn and use. Also easier on your hardware and avails you more browsers (in backwards-compatibility) than Windows 10.

I spent 30 minutes installing windows 10 and a further 60 minutes de-junking it.
