payment not showing in paypal account?

i created a stealth account, and it has now been 9 days and listed 2 items, 1 of the 2 items has sold.then i got a message in my ebay messages saying that the paymen was sent from the buyer, but the payment was pending and being processed by ebay. then it had a button on the side of the message that said claim your payment. i clicked it and it said to check my paypal account to see the status of my payment.
i then went to my paypal, and there was no payment, this id the same pp account i had linked to my ebay account, has this happened to anyone? why could this be happening?

Check the listing, make sure the email address in the listing is the same as your paypal account email, otherwise when a buyer pays the money goes into cyber space!

Easy mistake to make on a new account!

but why would ebay send me that message? that they are processing the payment. has any one had this happen to them.

i figured it out, i needed to verify my paypal email address. after i verifed the email i had on file i immediately was able to see the money in my paypal account. thanks getaroundebay
