I had a issue but got it resolved, negative comments removed
So i had a negative feedback, and seeing as my account is fairly new i spoke to the coustmer service people online, and managed to get it removed.
The buyer left a bad feedback and then tried to get his money in which i declied due to the feedback, and because i had also shown that t i made an effort to resolve it they were able to remove it
If that makes any sense.
Here were the reasons why i was able to get it removed
1. New account because she mentioned that.
2.because i handled then communication professionally
* they also mentioned in the future i should continue to handdle matters in a professional manner and ifni have such an issue again i can contact them.
At one point i was able to get a new account un suspended due to having an item that should have not been there, i convinced them ivwws new and as unaware of the rules yet.
At this moment it seems telling them am a noobie is going in some helping way as a seller. But what happens when your account if further than, and have future problem's??
Any thoughts on this vibe?!
Is there a guide in communicating with ebay that helps sellers resolve issues with buyers. I dunno?!? Thatd be cool
