Default I had a issue but got it resolved, negative comments removed

So i had a negative feedback, and seeing as my account is fairly new i spoke to the coustmer service people online, and managed to get it removed.

The buyer left a bad feedback and then tried to get his money in which i declied due to the feedback, and because i had also shown that t i made an effort to resolve it they were able to remove it

If that makes any sense.
Here were the reasons why i was able to get it removed
1. New account because she mentioned that.
2.because i handled then communication professionally

* they also mentioned in the future i should continue to handdle matters in a professional manner and ifni have such an issue again i can contact them.

At one point i was able to get a new account un suspended due to having an item that should have not been there, i convinced them ivwws new and as unaware of the rules yet.

At this moment it seems telling them am a noobie is going in some helping way as a seller. But what happens when your account if further than, and have future problem's??

Any thoughts on this vibe?!

Is there a guide in communicating with ebay that helps sellers resolve issues with buyers. I dunno?!? Thatd be cool

I had a neutral comment last week. Shipping was slow, shipped first class. I logged in next morning and the neutral had been removed.
I didn't do anything. Just there one day and gone the next.
I also read somewhere eBay was protecting sellers as well as buyers.
Due to the Coronavirus I suppose things can occur and they are not blaming seller for delivery that may be behind.

Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I was going to message a buyer asking them if they would consider revising their neutral feedback. But the next day it had vanished.

Also, my late delivery rate has been high, very likely due to delays from corona. But a few days before the evaluation this month the late delivery rate changed to 0% and because of that im now TRS.

Pretty strange but im not complaining!
