Can not link Eb and PP

Anyone has a problem linking EB and PP during last couple of days? It happend again- both buttons, "sign up for pp" and "link your existing pp" leads to the same screen where you can create new PP..
Any ideas?

Hey. I have such a problem. I went to PayPal, they told me that my account is temporarily limited, now they are checking information about me.

If the accounts aren't linking, try again after 24 hours.

I've been getting this issue with accounts not linking for the last week or so. They always link the next day.
