Suspicious msg from buyer on eBay?

Hello. I got this message from a buyer on eBay do u guys think I should reply back msg below from buyer.

for any suspicious message, i'd ignore and add them to my block list

Sounds like an excuse to have their order cancelled.

I had a buyer pull something similar, my tracking showed delivered and ebay cancelled order but paid me through gtd ebay program. So dude got goods and was free to him. Still got my money so all was good.
