Listing fee is a nickel,there is no BIN,you can bid on your own auction,FVF is like 5%,extra pictures are not free,you can buy picture packs (8 or 10 pics) for $1.10.
reserve is free,then they charge $1 for reserve,which would be reimbursed if final bid exceeds or reach reserve price.

then comes Ebay shop,very cheap,can recall how much,but so cheap ,sellers just park their losers in their shop when they dont sell in auction,
Then WHitman gnag found out it is too costly to carry all these losers,some may take 10 months to sell,so they revamp the shops,raise prices and gve it more visibility.
back then they dont charge FVF on shipping,now it is split between item and shipping

I remember in 2003 being really upset they raised the FVF to 5%

so,Ebay FVF must be 3% in the 1990s then,I dont remember anymore,but it does charge listing fee .
But then there is no Paypal or Billpoint,seller can take check,cash,money order,postal order or cashier check,wiretransfer
