Calling eBay customer service

I tried many time calling eBay customer service in this Us number 1 (866) 540-3229 , and this Uk number +448003586552 and both says they are closed and try call in business hours, is there other working numbers I can contact them with?

At the top of the screen there is a link for "Help". Most selections bring you to an automated assistant but some will bring you to live chat or a phone number. Don't pay attention to what the topic is. They'll transfer you accordingly.

I tried the same thing last week and got the same answer. I had to use live chat to contact them, wasn't too bad.

Ebay isn't answering phones . I did have a technical issue with an account, i couldn't login and password reset wasn't working. I eventually got chat to have someone call me.
