Ebay VCC Automatic Payment Method

Hi, i just want to know if Ebay has the Ability To Read my VCC information such as my VCC country and So on .
because im interested to buy some VCCs from this forum.

the Major problem i have is if my Ebay account is UK or Spain Based and this VCC is from i dont know , USA or any other country which is different from my account creation Location.

i dont know if this will make me in troubles . buying vcc which is not based on my country.

i see a lot of sellers here who are selling VCCs without any informations about it, they only tell the price of the VCC.

yes, they can tell.

Make sure the VCC info matches for that country you are making an account for

hi , i have made an account with Random Vcc from Random Country ( 100% sure is not Based on the country where im creating for )

i have managed to pass the suspension successfully

It makes no difference on ebay, paypal nor Amazon
