 IP proxy, paypal 180 days and managed payments
Hi,
First questions :
Usually when a make a stealth account i use multilogin and a private proxy from UK.
(I do paypal et Ebay UK)
Everytime i have a first suspension and i have to contact them to unlock my account
I want to know if it is normal or if you don't have the first suspension
Will it change if i use a Residential Proxy to create the account ??
I have residential rotatif proxy (ip change every 10 minutes)
It is ok to create 3 accounts in 1 hour with the same proxy (so not the same ip if i do it every 15 minutes).
So i just create the account and after that i use a private proxy like a usually use
Second question:
To avoid managed payment, i think i need to create a paypal uk (normal) + for exemple an ebay chinese account,
For that, i can use a UK ip ? or i need to use a chinese ip ? (i didn't test)
Third question
I have a paypal account frozen for 180 days, i unlink it with ebay during 3 days, put a fresh paypal on ebay and 2 days after, they asked me documents ect .. (i used new ip new browser new phone ect ...)
Paypal know it comes from the same ebay account ???
The best is paypal business or personal paypal, i am always personnal but i read business is less strict ??
