Strange situtation
I encountered quite a strange situation. I recently created an account on eBay, it's stealth-ish account. I listed some items such as RAM, some shoes etc. Everything was fine, they were getting views and bids, everything was functioning until now. I sold a monitor for 550GBP and now I cannot list, as it says I have reached my maximum account balance limit and I need to make a one-time-payment which is $77 in fees for the monitor, but the buyer hasn't paid yet, he said he'll pay in few days. I contacted support and explained the issue, that I cannot list and I get this error. First rep said I had a restriction on my account, he redirected me to another specialist which then said there is no suspensions/restrictions on the account and increased my limits for some reason (I did not ask for an increase). I still couldn't list so I contacted support again. The rep told me that there indeed IS a selling restriction on the account and I would need to go through a "HARD" verification (not sure what that means), but then he was typing for ages and the system automatically ended the chat as I did not have a chance to write anything in few minutes. Then I contacted their support again (the last time), they said there is NO restrictions or suspensions and they increased the limits again IN ONE DAY. They just said I need to pay the fees and I'll be able to list again. I haven't paid the fees yet as the buyer hasn't paid for the monitor yet. It's really strange for me that they increased my limits when I did not ask for that 2 times in a day from 100 items to 200 items and $10k and some reps said that there is a restriction, some said there is NO restriction. What should I do? Pay the fees or is this some kind of manipulation before suspension?
EDIT: I did not receive any messages regarding suspensions/restrictions neither on ebay or email.
