I have one question, its necesary to link a VCC to the stealth eBay account?

Its not necessary, however it is better to have a VCC attached to your paypal

Thanks so much, i asked because some time with account that i had created, i couldnt link eBay to PayPal when i liestes the item, and then when i link VCC to eBay i could link eBay to PayPal. Thanks so much for the answer.
