Can I pay ebay stealth fees with a prepaid gift card?

Hi

So I have paypal accounts that are getting "take action now add ssn" upon first or second sales.

I want to now hook up one of my EIN verified paypals to about 4 ebay stealths with different emails for payments of goods, but how do I pay ebay their fees each month if i do that?

Can I use a prepaid gift card to pay fees or what? I'm just getting too many paypals that get this message of wanting tax status, so I'm really annoyed.

Can I use my own crredit cards or does billing address matter, I never paid fees with anything besides paypal before.
