Just to give an update - contacted live chat. The issue was my stakeholder address was my residence but my registration address was my PO Box. So they pulled public record info from my home address and verified me. They now say:

Thank you for providing your answers. I would like to inform that we have gone through the verification successfully. You should already be able to use your account after 30 minutes with no further issue. A confirmation email will be sent. The removed listing will be restored and you can relist it from your Unsold and Sold items folders, respectively. Thank you for your cooperation and I wish you well.


Back up and running now, still no selling limits. I guess I'll see what happens! Now if I can figure out Amazon... lol

EDIT: Seems like when they tried to run the PO Box address they couldn't pull my record. So that seems to be the culprit.

Amazon seems more difficult than eBay? Amazon needs to verify your ID and electricity bill ?

Yeah I just made a new one, I have my verification call in two days. Haven't done one in a while but to my knowledge its much harder now to pass verification.

Also, what's strange is in each eBay suspension email they say:

"The safety of our community is a top priority for us, so our decision to permanently suspend your account is final and can’t be appealed."

So I'm shocked they let me appeal.

But be careful. One of my accounts used to be reinstated but suspended again a few days later

Thanks everyone will do - hopefully they'll let me keep it. A few things I did that I think helped was show them my website where I sell and a little info about my company which has a lot of info out there on it from various news outlets and such, which is why I'm guessing they didn't give me limits. Haven't had that happen in a while. I did tell them I plan on listing about 200 items so maybe that is it? Of course I will be pacing myself though as I know that messes everything up.
